This webinar will discuss the most important features of GlogsterEdu, an online platform to engage students in the learning process while inspiring curiosity and creativity. Participants will be given the necessary information to start using this platform in class, as well as ideas for how to use glogs to create customized and motivating language lessons.

Who: Stephanie Hanson, Senior English Language Fellow.
Stephanie is the Senior English Language Fellow based in Quito,
Ecuador. She received her M.A. in TESOL from the University of Illinois
and has taught and trained teachers in the United States, China, South
Korea, Turkey, and Indonesia. Stephanie is especially interested in the
teaching of speaking and pronounciation, computer-assisted language
learning (TICS), and cross-cultural communication. In her free time,
Stephanie studies Spanish, Ecuadorian food, and salsa dancing.
Sarita Orellana Barahona, English Teacher.
Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, Sarita has a Bachelor’s Degree in English
Language Teaching with a major in Linguistics and Literature. She is the
Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL) teacher at the School of
English at Universidad Laica Vicente Rocafuerte, where she also teaches
courses in ELT and Writing a Research Paper.
