In this webinar we will explore a range of resources which comprise a form of 'tool kit' for exploiting online video for language learning purposes. We will also explore a range of activities that we can use with students to get them listening and speaking.

Nik Peachey is a qualified teacher, trainer, ICT trainer and project manager. He has spent more than 20 years working in the education industry around the world and has worked with some of the most influential companies and publishers including Google, International House, British Council, Bell Educational Services, BBC, Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, Mac Millan, Pearson, The Open University and many others.  
In 2010 he was short listed for the coveted British Council Innovations Award (ELTon) for his independently produced Daily English Activities Blog and in 2012 he won The Innovations award for Excellence in Course innovation for the Blended Learning in ELT course which he developed for Bell Educational Services.  
His book Web 2.0 Tools for Teacher http://www.scribd.com/doc/19576895/Web-20-Tools-for-Teachers, released in 2009 has been read more than 180k times on Scribd alone.
