About Teresa
Teresa is currently an English Fellow in Colombia, working on Action Research with the Centro Colombo Americano and with the Ministry of Education on professional development projects with public school English teachers. Teresa has 12 years of ESL program administration experience in Ohio (USA) where she started the dual language program and the program for newly arrived refugee high school students. She was a high school English teacher in the Peace Corps in Slovakia and in New York City. She has also taught ESL at the university level in Ohio, China, and Indonesia.
