Victor Hugo Rojas B., Didactics Professor. Victor is an Associate Professor of Didactics of TEFL at the National
University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle - La Cantuta and the
National University of San Marcos, both located in Lima, Peru. He has
over 27 years of experience delivering under/post graduate courses,
lectures, seminars and workshops. He is the founder of Peruvian English
Teachers Network (PETsNet). He has given presentations on TEFL
around Peru and abroad.
