There are many qualitative differences in course books, yet teachers in schools are often expected to use and follow them. Furthermore, the instructions in the accompanying teacher’s books can be very limited in interaction. This webinar will look at ways newer and aspiring teachers can employ tasks that exploit and/or supplement course books more effectively.

Who: Kevin Hajovsky, Senior English Language Fellow. Kevin Hajovsky is a teacher trainer by trade and a lifelong learner by
choice. He earned his Master’s in TEFL from Northern Arizona University.
He has taught and trained in various countries including the USA, Japan,
Taiwan, Uzbekistan, South Korea, and now, Ecuador. He is the Senior
English Language Fellow in the Galapagos where he works with public
high school teachers in developing a more communicative approach to
their EFL programs.
